Support Staff and Seasonal Workers
Servant-hearted support staffers, i.e. Cooks, Housekeepers, Groundskeepers, Summer Staffers, etc..., serve at the encampment throughout the year. Year-round staff are mostly from the local town of Palacios while the Summer Staff is a broad spectrum of high school and college-age youth from area high schools and colleges across the state. TBE accepts applications and resumes year-round. For summer applicants, it is always best to apply early as the bulk of summer staffers are hired by January or February prior to each summer.
